Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you reshedule for inclimate WEATHER?

It depends, if it is pouring outside yes, we will need to reschedule the session, if the client is okay with a little drizzle, we will keep the session.

2. What is your turn - around time?

It depends on how booked I am that week or month, if you are booking during the holidays my turn around time is normally two weeks, if you are booking during off season, it will take me around seven to ten days.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We can reschedule if needed by client, it may be days or weeks out depending on my schedule, I will only reschedule if I am sick or an emergency, if the client decides to not reschedule on my part, I will send the deposit back. If needed to cancel completely please let me know ASAP.

4. Do you offer shoots during the week?

Yes, I do work full time also, Monday through Friday I am only available at 4:15 pm.
